Travel is my therapy. Why? because I feel so free when I travel. My mind is free from the routine. My body is free from familiar surroundings, and my soul is free to wonder, to explore, and to breathe. Traveling doesn’t have to be far, wide, or expensive. You can get in the car and drive 1 hour to a state park, and camp for the evening. Or, you can stargaze on the outskirts of town. You can ask a friend who lives in the country, on a lake, or near the mountains, to spend an evening with them. Whatever you do, carve our some time, on a regular basis, to move out of your routine and your surroundings, it will give you the reset and recharge that you need.
