This title is pretty self explanatory. My top 3 rituals for maintaining healthy glowing skin are: Drink a TON of water. Always wash your face in the evening. Not matter how tired you are, or how long a day you’ve had. Start making it a habit, a routine, and after a while, you’ll do it like clockwork. And always moisturize in the day and the evening. And sunscreen in the daytime is a MUST. I keep a small tube in my purse and in my car, in case I’m caught without it. These 3 are simple, easy, and can become part of your daily routine.
