I do these 3 things everyday. Well, I try to do them everyday. But that doesn’t make them any less of a mantra. I meditate for 20 minutes each morning and evening. I write at least 5 items in my gratitude journal, and I write my thoughts, feelings and prayers in my journal. I invite you to work these into your routine. For 30 days, try 1 of these. So, for example, everyday for 30 days, write 5 things you are grateful for in a separate journal, and then tell me how you feel after 30 days. Did you enjoy it? Do you look forward to it? Has it become a habit?
