I travel a ton, and I don’t get jet lag. Here are some of my tips:

1. When you arrive at the airport, immediately turn your clock to the time zone in which you are traveling to. And, start doing the activities of that time. So, if it’s dinner time, plan to have dinner. If it’s the middle of the night, turn off your electronics, sit quietly with a book, or rest your eyes if you are traveling with a companion.

2. Do not drink alcohol. This one is non-negotiable.

3. Buy multiple bottles of water, and down them like candy. Dehydration is a major cause of jet lag. So the more water you drink, the better.

4. Bring some fresh fruits and veggies, to supplement your meal. Or, better yet, pack a healthy meal.

And, try to get some rest.

Let me know if you have some great tips for beating jet lag.

Success! I've recieved your question.
