This is soup from a trip to China. What I loved about it is I really didn’t know and understand what I was eating. Sure, I’ve had these kinds of Pho before, but I didn’t know what was in this particular ones, and my hosts didn’t really explain it to me. So, instead of anticipating flavors, I tasted with an open palate. Such a delightful and fresh way to eat. Maybe I’ll blindfold myself for a meal, and see how it “tastes” different. #OutsideOfTheBox #ThatsHowIRoll. How do you make your eating more adventurous?
