Our society, our culture, tends to narrow the definition of beauty, and focuses on human aesthetic, makeup, hair, etc. I invite you to broaden your definition of beauty beyond the makeup aisle, and search for beauty, as you move throughout your day. I’ve made a practice of snapping a quick photo of beauty I encounter throughout the day, and very often, it’s in flowers and nature. Sometimes, just seeing a beautiful flower during the day, can make all the difference. I invite you to start snapping photos you think are beautiful, and change your phone and computer screen savers to them often. Let me know how you feel after a month, by commenting below.
